This three-day conference, October 12-14, 2016 at The Renaissance Hotel in Seattle, offers in-depth education sessions, leading keynote presentations and networking opportunities with the best and brightest minds in commercial credit.

The conference begins Wednesday with Construction Industry Day, and continues with general sessions and breakouts on Thursday, and a half-day Friday.  New this year will be a moderated, interactive Open Forum designed to answer your questions and address opportunities in your credit operation.

The NACM Western Region Credit Conference is a collaborative effort among NACM affiliates in the Western United States.

ABOUT THE HOST ORGANIZATION

The year’s conference is being hosted and organized by NACM Business Credit Services and its education foundation.  Founded in Seattle in 1899, NACM BCS has been a leader in commercial credit reporting, collections services, and industry trade groups in the Northwest, Pacific and other parts of the country.  We continue to identify new products and services for our members and customers, and invite you to contact us at info@nacmbcs.org if we can be of service to you or your company.

OUR SPEAKERS

The goal for this year’s conference is to bring you high quality presentations from top speakers many of whom have never spoken at an NACM function.  We want attendees to leave the conference feeling like they got a lot out of the sessions, and that WRCC was a good investment of time and money.  Topics will include:

Facilities Usage Fee:
We urge you to make your hotel reservation at our conference hotel in order for NACM to maximize its meeting space, room block and help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. The guest room block and group rate negotiated with the hotel includes costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require for the conference. If we do not occupy a sufficient amount of guest rooms throughout the conference, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to stay in the host hotel. Consequently, guests not staying at The Renaissance Hotel during the conference will be charged a Facilities Usage Fee of $250, to offset penalties and other costs. Please note: If your residential address is within 50 miles of downtown Seattle, you are exempt from the Facilities Usage Fee.

Do I receive Continuing Education credit for the conference?

All educational sessions qualify for CEU’s and provide roadmap points for those of you interested in pursuing a Credit Designation.

Who should attend?

Anyone with an interest in commercial credit should attend.  And, people from outside of the Western U.S. are welcome.  Otherwise: Controllers/Credit Managers/Collection Managers/Credit Analysts/Collectors/Finance Managers/Customer Service Managers/Credit Administrators/Office Managers/Sales Managers

What payment types do you accept?

All online payments are processed via EventBrite. We welcome your corporate checks but we ask that you have them postmarked no later than seven days from the time you register. EarlyBird registration prices will not be honored if you pay by Corporate Check and you miss the seven day period. Please contact us if you require special payment handling, we will do everything we can to try and accommodate your request.

Can I get a refund on my registration?

NACM understands that unfortunate circumstances may sometimes affect your ability to attend an event. Should a request for a refund be necessary, please submit your request to the NACM Business Credit Services in writing as soon as possible. For written requests received on or before May 31, 2016, full registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Between June 1, 2016 and July 30, 2016, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Due to the financial obligations incurred by the NACM Western Region Credit Conference, no refunds or credits are possible for cancellations received after August 1, 2016.information.
